    Just read a story from Techcentral  about Google urging Irish Small Businesses to go online - it is obvious that this needs to happen and happen quickly .
    It is also getting cheaper, faster and easier to establish an online presence - tools like wordpress.org, drupalgardens and others allow you to quickly create a simple site for your service or product
    Buying and registering an URL or web address is very straight forward through any hosting company

  • Recent Smartphone experience that just worked

    Just back from a trip where for the first time every my smartphone was actually smart enough to be useful .. Rather naively I have ALWAYS been looking for the perfect PDA experience ... a gadget that would actualy be useable and would actually be helpful .. after the psion 5, various Palms, a HP Jornada, A Sony Ericsson P900 .. a Nokia N97 and Finally an Android Phone .. Samsung Galaxy with 3 Ireland ..

    The case in point - hurtling down the A27 trying to catch a flight from Gatwick to Dublin into a Massive traffic jam and completely blocked road.

    Just a quick update on where I am with the Test Tree and also to explain what the Test Tree is. The Test Tree is a test site for the IT Tree. I am trying to test all of the functionality for the IT Tree.
